Special Programme

In the framework of the 20th Annual Session of the Homeland & Global Security Forum, to be organized in Geneva (Switzerland) from October 24 to 27 2018, a Special Programme will be dedicated to Public Health security.
 
Key stakeholders from the Health sector will meet to address the following topics :

  • Access to prevention and treatment for all is the real Public health issue
  • The acceleration of population movements requires the implementation of coordinated regional and international alert systems to contain and reduce emerging epidemics
  • States and international organizations are the only ones able to implement appropriate and effective Health and Social responses to epidemics
  • The major project for cooperation between countries and continents to predict and deal with emerging and re-emerging diseases
