“How to Improve Public Health around the World” at the agenda of the Forum in Dakhla

In the framework of the Crans Montana Forum on Africa and South-South Cooperation, a Special Session dedicated to Public Health Challenges around the World was held.

Co-Chaired by Mrs. Hakima El Haite, Minister in charge of Environment of Morocco and Mr. Philippe Douste Blazy, Under Secretary General of the United Nations, the session counted with the participation of Ministers of Health from different countries around the World, namely the Solomon Islands, Mauritius, Tonga and Gambia. Mrs. Ruth Mafoko Labode, Chairperson of the Committee on Health and Child Care of the Zimbabwean Parliament was also among the Speakers.
