ENERGY SECURITY & RENEWABLES IN AFRICA , at the top of the agenda in DakhlaFebruary 07, 2018
On the occasion of the Crans Montana Forum on Africa & South-South Cooperation, to take place in Dakhla (Morocco), from March 15 to 20, 2018, a Special Program will be dedicated to Energy Security & Renewables in Africa.
This exceptional meeting will notably focus on the ambitious policies undertaken by the Kingdom of Morocco regarding access to energy, notably renewables, which represent a model for the whole Continent.
Among the topics at the agenda :
- Renewable energies : integrated approach and development lever for competitive ecosystems
- How can we promote regional integration in order to mutualize efforts ?
- Innovative financing systems to support R&D and innovation
- After the Paris Agreement and COP 22 in Marrakech, does COP 23 manage to fulfill its pledge of solidarity towards southern countries ?
